A 10 week experience to kick codependency to the curb and raise your self-esteem. Patterned after the GPYB bootcamp and the Skype group therapy, this course will focus on your codependency: how to recognize it, how to stop it and what to do in its place. Because most codependents typically have low self-esteem, raising self-esteem will be a HUGE part of this course. There will be several books used including Codependent No More. Like the bootcamp, there is an on-line component, a private and secure space to share and to post assignments and journals and a Zoom therapy session once a week.
